On this Malibu property, a multitude of plant material and formal structure offers a new take on the California hills.

By using a palette of native and drought-tolerant plants - olive, bay, and carrotwood trees - and keeping many existing trees on the site, SALT was able to reimagine the property as a haven within the landscape. Features include a custom pool and deck, cabana, dining area, and entry.
