The homeowners’ association of this Marina Del Rey condominium asked for a landscape that would reflect the simple lines of their updated building, offer some sense of privacy from the adjacent public walkway, and provide a pleasurable garden experience for the tenants.
This narrow garden is bounded by an Ipe wood fence and is comprised of a range of succulents, granite boulders, and a few new trees that provide some enclosure and screening for the upper floors.
